Once we have received your booking:
- A staff member will contact you to confirm your details and time.
- If your time is not available, we will contact you to offer an alternative to suit.
- Your host will go over the Party Booking Conditions (see bottom of the Birthday Parties main page) and talk you through the party day procedure.
- If you are happy to go ahead with the booking our staff will ask you to pay a $50 non-refundable deposit to secure your party or $200 deposit for your private venue hire booking.
- Once you have paid your deposit (either in person or via credit card over the phone) your booking is confirmed.
- You may then collect your party invitations in-store, or they can be sent to you on request.
