"I would absolutely recommend this place for a child's birthday.
I did read reviews prior to booking, but can say that the facilities absolutely are fit for purpose, the staff are wonderfu, place is clean and tidy, food was on point 👉

Feedback that mattered is my daughter's, "it was exactly what I wanted for my party".

I do give a slightly lower star rating for the car parking accesibility, availability, and layout;
in addition to the token machine system.
There is opportunity for improvement, as the big flashy arcade style machines are a big part of the experience for the kids.

Everything was there from parenting rooms, private and well facilitated/attended to party rooms, which I felt was the perfect size and well layed out, and it didn't feel like there was really any time pressure to get in do the party and get out, the staff were great at catering to the children and made the day so easy to a great level of completeness.

So if you read this far 4.5-4.8 stars. (I rounded up ❤️)"

"We recently celebrated my son’s 1st birthday here at Manukau chipmunks. I had the pleasure of working with Val(staff member) throughout the night. The place was beautifully cleaned up before our night started and our kids food boxes were ready when we needed them. Everything I asked from Val and her other co worker they had for me straight away. I am very grateful for letting us use your facilities. Thank you for being so lovely and understanding. Blessings"
