Chipmunks Playland & Café requires parental supervision for the safety of the children. Parents or guardians must remain on the premises while their children are playing and cannot leave them unattended.
All ages up to 11 can play on our play equipment. Our stores have dedicated zones, which are all age-appropriate. Please be aware, though, that some stores may not have a Baby Zone, so please enquire with our store for more information about our playground zones.
We do ask adults to be active minders in watching their small children; in some instances, we know you need to jump to their rescue, but please be mindful that it is a playground for children.
Socks play a crucial part in health & safety, as well as for hygiene purposes. We ask all kids to wear socks, but not shoes, on our play equipment. Socks are available for purchase, should you forget your pair. Please ask one of our friendly team members. Remember: No Socks – No Play.

Our policy prohibits outside food on our premises during store hours. However, an exception is made exclusively for customers who have booked a Chipmunks Birthday Package (Basic, Bash, Bonanza). This exception is strictly limited to birthday cakes; no other outside food is permitted.
